Procurement of components and support for the selection We manage the procurement of electronic components and support customers in component selection, ensuring availability, traceability and compliance with project requirements
SMT automatic assembly (including Column Grid Array) We offer fully automated SMT assembly, including Column Grid Array (CGA) components performing the soldering process with a vacuum vapour phase oven. The entire assembly process is performed in ISO-7 clean room environment
PTH Assembly We provide high-quality manual PTH (Plated Through-Hole) assembly and PCB rework services within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment, guaranteeing precision, reliability, and compliance with demanding aerospace and high-performance electronic applications.
De-golding and re-tinning We perform de-golding and re-tinning processes with SnPb as required in the space sector, ensuring compatibility with assembly requirements with applicable standards including ECSS.
X-Ray and visual inspection We check through X-ray and visual inspection to verify solder joint integrity, detect hidden defects, and ensure full compliance with quality and reliability requirements.
Conformal coating We offer the conformal coating service using low outgassing and low volatile coatings for space applications in order to safeguard electronics from moisture, corrosion, and contaminants, enhancing durability and operational reliability in demanding environments.
ECSS compliance Our processes and operators are aligned with ECSS standards, ensuring that inspections, soldering, and assembly meet the stringent quality and reliability requirements of space and high-reliability applications.
